Emperial Americas and Imperial Beverge Group Announce Joint Operating Strategy
07/20/2012 – Sarasota, Fla. (Marketwire) – Emperial Americas, Inc. (OTCBB: TEXX) today announced a joint operating strategy with Imperial Beverage Group, LLC that will be a result of the consummation of the planned acquisition announced yesterday.
Imperial Beverage Group, LLC President Schnell Blanton said, "We are extremely pleased that we will be joining forces with Emperial Americas, as there are so many natural synergies for both companies.
