(OTCBB: VINTB) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Mamma's Best, LLC, an organic natural foods company based in Irvine, California. Mamma's Best produces high quality organic barbeque sauces, marinades, soups and spreads that are available at Sprouts, Whole Foods and specialty grocers.
