Pollo Tropical® Names Vicky Timmer Vice President of Operations
10/03/2012 – MIAMI (Business Wire) – Pollo Tropical®, the Caribbean-inspired quick-casual restaurant chain known 
for its marinated chicken on the grill, recently announced the promotion of Vicky Timmer to the newly created position of Vice President of Operations.
Timmer, who joined Pollo Tropical in 2006, most recently served the company as Region Director. With more than 30 years of restaurant operations experience, including positions within the Pizza Hut® and Burger King® franchise systems, her new role will focus the brand on ensuring customer satisfaction.
