Steve Reynolds Named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for ARAMARK
08/20/2012 – PHILADELPHIA (PRNewswire) – ARAMARK, a world leader in providing professional services, today announced the appointment of Steve Reynolds as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective September 4, 2012.

In his new position Mr. Reynolds will lead an accomplished legal team that supports ARAMARK's corporate, international, and business unit legal matters. His responsibilities will span the company's food service, facilities management, and uniform and career apparel divisions.
For the past seven years, Mr. Reynolds has been an executive with Alcatel-Lucent, having most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In that position he has provided leadership for a large legal function managing the company's corporate, contractual, litigation, regulatory, compliance, and other needs. He was also a member of the company's Ethics and Compliance Council and Senior Management team.
Before joining Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Reynolds was Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel at Sanofi-Aventis, the world's third largest pharmaceutical company. In addition to his time as in-house counsel, he spent 18 years practicing commercial and corporate law with two law firms in the New York / New Jersey area – Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger and Vecchione, and Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens.
Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law and Princeton University, and is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars.
